Tina Patnode

I am originally from the East Coast where I received a Fashion Merchandising Degree from Champlain College. I developed my sales and management skills working for 12 years as a Buyer and Senior Merchandising Manager for a Fortune 500 Company. I am experienced in working with clients, meeting their needs while giving superior customer service. As a wife and mother of three I understand the needs of families in transition. My family has moved 5 times, buying and selling a home each time, while working closely with relocation companies. Through my personal experience I know how important it is to find the perfect home, in a safe neighborhood with good schools. I am eager to put this experience and knowledge to work for you to ultimately meet all of your individual needs. I am a member of the Midland Board of Realtors. I am actively involved in the community, volunteering in the Midland Public Schools, a member of the Midland Gymnastics Booster Club, and Soccer Club. When time permits I enjoy painting and Interior Design. I have thoroughly enjoyed living in Midland for the past 5 years with my husband Kevin, two sons Casey and Connor, and daughter Kayla. With one son at Midland High, the other at Northeast, and my daughter at Adams Elementary, I have first hand knowledge of the wide variety of educational and recreational activities that Midland has to offer.
