Judy Koch-Gulotty

I was born and raised in Clare, Michigan along with my 6 brothers and 4 sisters. My parents, Paul and Doris Koch Sr., were well known in Clare and the surrounding areas. I owned and managed Stan’s Restaurant for 9 years in Mt. Pleasant, MI. After selling my restaurant I moved to Midland with my son Colton, where I earned my Associates in Marketing, my Bachelors in Business and was employed by the Dow Chemical Company. Midland is now my home where I live with my husband Bob. Together, my husband and I have 5 wonderful children. I believe that to best serve my clients, it is important to treat their real estate needs as if were my own.
